At Skógn, our mission is to inspire adventure while honoring and protecting the natural world we love to explore. That’s why we’ve chosen a print-on-demand model to produce our products. This approach allows us to create items only when they’re ordered, reducing overproduction and minimizing waste—an important step in our commitment to sustainability and preserving the beauty of the outdoors for future generations.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Send an email to support@skogn.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll ensure a replacement or refund.

 

Exchanges

As our products are made to order to reduce waste, we currently do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or styles. Please refer to our detailed fit tips and product descriptions before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize sustainability in our operations.

 

Processing Your Request

For approved issues, we’ll provide instructions for next steps. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
